Narrative:
I wanted to really amplify the sense of movement and speed in this scene where Captain America is in full charge with his iconic shield at the ready. The intention was for red, white and blue to dominate the image and if you look closely you will spot the same star details that I first used in 2016 for my ‘BALBOA’ piece that featured the same colourways. In contrast to the blurred motion, I have lessened this around his eyes to really draw you in and convey this amazing sense of determination that the character portrays.
